Strategy development is not just for organizations as many individuals believe. Individuals can use strategies to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. So often individuals can identify their goals and aspirations but do not have a clear plan for achieving their objectives. They find themselves making the same mistakes both personally and professionally without ever achieving the goals they so richly desire. This can be frustrating and often overwhelming without guidance which can be hard to obtain without paying costly dollars or reviewing many websites that do not provide the knowledge needed to be successful both personally and professionally. To be successful in achieving personal and professional growth, there has to be a new thought pattern and the development of a clear, concise strategic plan just like the one used by many organizations to acheive their economic goals.
